Steps to Clean a Circuit Board:

1. Preparation:

2. Dry Cleaning (Initial Step):

4. Detail Cleaning:

  • Q-Tips or Swabs: Use cotton swabs or Q-tips moistened with IPA to clean hard-to-reach areas or spots between components.

5. Drying:

  • Air Dry: Let the board air dry completely in a dust-free environment. Ensure there’s no residual alcohol left before powering it on.
  • Optional: Use Compressed Air: Blow dry the board gently using compressed air to remove any remaining moisture.

6. Optional: Ultrasonic Cleaning:

  • Ultrasonic Cleaner: If available, an ultrasonic cleaner can be used for a more thorough cleaning process. Ensure it’s compatible with electronics and use it according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

7. Final Inspection:
